Fulfillment Policies

  • Refund policy — We do not offer refunds for tuition paid in person, or online products. Should a physical product be defective, a refund or return will be issued as long as it is brought to our attention within 30 days of receiving.
  • Delivery policy — Generally our physical products are produced by Printful and shipped from their warehouse. If a product is labelled “PreOrder” the purchase will be made prior to production and it will be shipped from our Walnut Creek, Ca location once produced.
  • Cancellation policy — Any recurring membership whether for online or in person training can be cancelled via texting our customer service number at (925) 226-7944
